Rebecca Cuthbert

Rebecca Cuthbert serves as Operations Manager with IJM Canada. In this role, she coordinates all aspects of the organization's interaction with its donors,ensures prompt and professional responses to all giving inquiries, and manages office operations.

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in serving people who are marginalized in our society. She has worked in a group home for children with developmental disabilities, at an inner city mission and with newcomers to Canada. But what really excites her is developing effective and efficient systems and processes. Her educational experiences include studies at Central Baptist Bible College and McMaster University.

Rebecca is involved in the music team at her church and provides support for Fridge Door Live, a small not-for-profit theatre company founded by her husband, Len, that aims to build confidence and competence in children and youth through a faith-based performing arts experience. Rebecca and Len have two children, and live in Mount Brydges, Ontario.
