IJM employees begin each day with 30 minutes of silence and solitude and gather at 11:00 a.m. for corporate prayer. We also hold quarterly staff retreats.
Completed applications are reviewed by the hiring manager. Phone interviews are conducted with the most qualified applicants, followed by in-office interviews with the top candidates. IJM completes a thorough review of references prior to making an employment offer.
Office attire is business casual.
We have more than 900 staff worldwide, and 95% of us are at work in our own countries. IJM Canada currently has 18 staff members.
