Erin Delamont

Erin Delamont

Mobilization Associate

As Mobilization Associate for IJM Canada, Erin combines two of her great passions--the local church in Canada and social justice. She cares deeply about the role that churches and individual congregants can play in ending slavery and exploitation around the world.

Before coming to IJM Canada, Erin worked for a variety of nonprofits, including a Canadian-focused anti-trafficking organization as well as an international NGO focusing on locally-impowered community development. She’s volunteered and worked for over a decade in a variety of roles at her local church, including serving as an elder and organizing denominational conferences.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Nonprofit Management from Mount Royal University. She lives in Calgary, AB with her husband and three children who love to spend time together playing board games, camping, and exploring local playgrounds.
