Wayne previously served on the IJM Canada Board of Directors. He brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate and education sectors before transitioning into not-for-profit leadership—first with the Willow Creek Association, followed by his tenure as Senior Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church in Kelowna, BC. Now recently retired from pastoral ministry, Wayne is currently serving as the Interim CEO of IJM Canada.
