Leadership

Leadership can be defined as a process that involves the mobilizing, influencing, and guiding of others toward a desired goal. The desired goal, or mission, of IJM Canada is "to rescue, restore and protect people oppressed by violent forces of injustice." Leadership to the staff and volunteers of IJM Canada is provided by the Board of Directors and the Executive Director, who seek to implement in our Canadian context the global direction set by the leaders of IJM.
