Rebecca Cuthbert

Development Coordinator

Rebecca Cuthbert serves as Development Coordinator with IJM Canada.  In this role, she coordinates all aspects of the organization's interaction with its donors, manages IJM Canada's monthly giving program, and ensures prompt and professional responses to all giving inquiries.  Rebecca also gives leadership to IJM Canada's signature benefit events, which are presented each year in key cities across Canada.

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in serving with the marginalized and often forgotten people in our society. She has worked in a group home for children with developmental disabilities, at an inner city mission and with newcomers to Canada. Although she enjoys front line work, Rebecca thrives on contributing to discussions regarding organizational development and strategic planning. Her educational experiences include studies at Central Baptist Bible College and McMaster University. In the local church, Rebecca has given direction to worship ministries and led alongside her husband in children and youth ministries.

Rebecca and her husband Len have two children, and live in Mt. Brydges, Ontario.
